Hide a character
Hiding a character removes it from your discovery results; you can manage hidden characters and excluded tags in account settings.
Block a commenter as a creator
On your own character’s comments, you can block a commenter from posting on your works; manage or remove these blocks on your creator profile.
Delete an account
In account settings, review the deletion notice and type DELETE to confirm; conversations and other account data are removed, while ledger, generation-request, report, and audit records are retained.
Check the deletion status
Removing account data and removing the login identity are separate steps, so the page may show that identity removal is still pending.
Contact support
Sign in and use Contact support for account, billing, content, or technical questions; inquiries stay inside the app, and suspended accounts can submit an appeal.
