Paid features have not launched
Credit purchases, subscriptions, and payment processing are not currently available. Payment and refund clauses apply when paid features launch.
Questions about credit history
A released generation reservation is a credit accounting event, not a cash refund. Stop may arrive after a charge has committed. Check the request result and credit history, and contact in-app support if they disagree. Include the request identifier rather than private chat text.
Before paid features become available
Before sales begin, the applicable operator, payment provider, refund eligibility, request method, processing time, and treatment of unused credits will be announced. These details and the effective date are not yet determined.
