Information used by the service
The service stores login identifiers, profile details, adult declarations, characters and uploads, personas, messages, notes, memory and summaries, settings, credit history, support requests, reports, and activity records. These support login, storytelling, restoring conversations, credit accounting, moderation, and responding to requests.
AI and storage providers
To generate replies, summaries, or suggestions, relevant conversation context is sent to the selected AI provider. Login and service data use our authentication and storage provider. Do not include sensitive personal information in chats or uploads. Provider details and international transfer terms will be confirmed before launch.
Public content and images
Public characters, creator profiles, comments, and selected shared messages can be viewed by others. Shared conversations include only the selected messages, not private notes or memory. Creator images currently use public URLs: anyone who knows the URL can view even draft or locked album images. Images referenced by a published version cannot be deleted through the image manager.
Cookies and security records
Cookies maintain your login session and remember the last language edition. Explicit language URLs take priority. When IP-based limits are configured, the service stores a salted IP hash. Operational incident records contain codes, identifiers, and usage counts rather than chat text or prompts.
Deletion and retained records
You can request account deletion in account settings and contact in-app support about your data. Service data removal and login identity removal are separate stages. Credit ledgers, reports, and audit records remain with account references detached; published versions remain immutable. Retention periods and provider-specific handling will be announced before launch.
