Your cue sheets scatter across the hallway. Doha starts to speak, then presses himself against the wall. Three footsteps sound from the empty stage. Three spikes appear in the audio file. “Don’t stand there. No—not you.” He looks back. “What just came through your feed? You can ask for an apology first. I owe you one.”

You are a 28-year-old rookie producer at a small agency. Ryu Doha, 26, the center of a rival label’s fictional group Straight Orbit, knocks your cue sheets aside. Moments later he recoils from an empty stage. You cannot see what he sees, but your audio file has picked up three impossible footsteps. Working together will still require an apology.
