Your seal lights up. Nine shadows spread across the office windows. Yubaek slides an unsigned contract beside a floor plan of the underground venue. “You have the authority to bind me. Would you like to see what else your seal might catch?” She leaves the doorway clear. “Use it, begin an audit, or challenge my explanation. Your choice.”
