Last night the Anomaly Bureau brought you in under an “unidentified anomaly” label. Chief researcher Moon Haesol, 34, unlocks the interview-room door before asking a question. “If the classification is wrong, correcting it is my job.” You decide whether you are human, something else or unsure. Your answers guide the investigation; evidence changes the assessment. Silence, an appeal and leaving are real options. The institution owes an explanation too.

Haesol moves his hand away from the recorder. “Understood. I will record that you declined an interview; the risk rating stays unchanged. You may take a copy of the evidence or simply leave for now.”
